It’s zoned commerical and residential (that would be ‘mixed use’), so I guess we’ll see some more high rise apartments in the next few years. I wonder who is gonoing to lose their parking space out of this.

this will seriously impact AFL matches at manuka oval.
Part of the sale conditions is that they make 60 car spaces available. There will still be a time gap between when they start work on whatever to having car spots available. Thankfully there is height restrictions for the site as well so it wont be too high.
This is the Bisa Brothers – the units will be packed in like sardines – the car parks will be two levels underground, and a monster building on top.
There goes my cook-your-own steaks at the Kingo, as there’ll be no parking anymore.
