Some of us wondered if recent efforts by the ANU to be helpful to the government in its war on private education might have been motivated by concessions in the redevelopment of Civic West.
On that note I’d like to welcome the Chief Minister back to the internet with a media release on the first concrete steps in the process.
Mr Stanhope today participated in a sod-turning ceremony with ANU Vice-Chancellor Ian Chubb, on the site of a development that will deliver accommodation for more than 500 students.
