At approximately 11.40pm Friday (17th March), a male and a female were sitting in their parked vehicle on Alexandrina Drive, Yarralumla, when a dark coloured vehicle stopped behind them blocking their exit.
A man wearing a green and black balaclava exited the vehicle carrying a knife and approached the female in the passenger seat. The male held the knife through the passenger window and demanded their wallets.
The victims complied with the demands before the offender returned to the vehicle and left the scene.
ACT Policing is seeking witnesses.
