The Canberra Musicians Club at the O’Connor Polish Club roared into life for the new year last night with Fun Machine supported by Dahrnoir and the Brass Knuckle Brass band.
Once again they had to close the doors as a big crowd knocked back the Polish goodness and got their groove on.

Oh happy day…
This was my first gig at the polo. My friends and I had a wonderful time. The only downside was the horrendously long time that a couple of friends had to wait for their meal. Not sure if this was due to a lack of staff in the kitchen or the sheer amount of people ordering. At lwast the beer was both large and cheap, so we could while the wait away with pleasant drunkening.
Perhaps the highlight of the night was being asked by a member of Fun Machine if they could finish the rest of my meal. Was impressed not only by his attitude toward waste bin t also had s bravery in asong another patron if he could scrounge their leftovers. I obliged in providing, of course.
Will definitely be returning for future events.

Just pluming myself on my spelling. My subtle hint as to a mistake was pulled up speedily like a juicy pink worm, and eaten by eagles. Sort of.
