Have any fellow RA’s dined at Morks Thai in Florey?
It’s a bit more expensive than the local corner Thai place and reading the menu is sounds delicious and a bit different !

Has anyone dined at the new Vietnamese Restaurant in Dickson (next door to Asian Noodle House)?
It’s called Tien Vietnamese Restaurant (located here).
I have tried to call them during the day but no answer. Maybe it’s only open evenings?  It looks really modern and clean. I’d really like to try it.

Just letting fellow RiotACTers that Sue’s Kitchen (Vietnamese) in Scullin has changed hands. In fact it’s turning CHINESE.
I will miss going there. It was great for a quick, cheap meal and Sue always made you feel very welcome as did her daughter.
Has anyone tried the Vietnamese at Watson shops… I think there’s a family connection [...]

Where do Canberrans dine out with a large group (20 or so) for occasions like Mother’s Day.

A work colleague went off  to buy a sandwich at a London circuit café and came back and told me that her ham, rocket, tomato and cheese roll cost over $8.
As an  infrequent buyer of  lunch I thought that was a bit steep. Is that  the going rate for a pretty average (not gourmet) [...]

Has anyone dined at the new Yum Cha Restaurant at the Tradies club in Dickson?

I have heard quite a few stories about plants being stolen from gardens around the suburbs. One story was artificial grass taken from a front yard ($1500 worth)! 
Plants cost a lot of money and for some of us our garden is our pride and joy.

Is there a rule that I should be on left hand lane if I’m doing 80 kph. Everyone seems to be in a hurry these days,  especially P platers.

Has anyone dined at the CIT restaurant?
I haven’t been there in years but it sounds pretty good and very reasonable $26.50 for 3 courses.

Does anyone know of any companies that pay for old household items.
I have an old computer, chairs and TV to get rid of.
I know that Ezyscrap collect it for free but $ would be good.
