Has anyone bought security doors lately? I’m interested in getting screen doors for the front and back so that I can catch some breezes without losing a toddler/gaining uninvited guests.
I’m thinking Crimsafe (or similar) for the front. Are they worth the extra money?
If anyone can recommend a local business that was a pleasure to [...]
Hi Rioters,
Has anyone got any recommendations for a legal firm on the Northside that can assist me in drawing up a will? Before you all say “Will Kits”, it’s slightly more complex in this instance and I do need to engage a lawyer. The only law firm I’ve used is for conveyancing and that wasn’t [...]
My husband is a moley moley moley man and wants to have a thorough check up to scan for any irregularities.
Have any Rioters got any experience with where is the best place to start in Canberra?
Is there a skin cancer clinic you can go to without a referral or do you start at [...]
I went to Costco’s opening day because of the lure of free eggs. I figured we’d paid our $60 joining fee so we might as well get a freebie and I was hoping that 8am on Friday would be more manageable then the expected craziness over the weekend. It was great- I was in and [...]

This year the films were all very entertaining and the perfect weather made for a great night. I think the event organisers do a good job [...]
Can anyone recommend a local band that would do a good job at a wedding? The wedding is in April and we need to start finding a band ASAP.
We want a group that plays anything from triple j to swing style numbers- ie, crowd pleasers- for young and old.
If you are in a band, or [...]
Does any one know if the tally room has a public viewing/bar area for the upcoming federal election?
If not, where should a group of adults go to ring in the new government?
All retailers selling the new Harry Potter book have all signed an agreement that they won’t open the boxes of “The Deathly Hallows” until 9am Saturday for the world wide release. There is a rumour in the book trade that the big guns might decide to open their boxes Friday to either get a jump [...]
