ACT Fire Brigade has extinguished a fire in a residential house on Carter Place, Banks.
House has sustained significant structural and roof damage.
House was unoccupied at time of fire and no neighbouring property sustained damage.
Three fire pumpers on scene with the specialist Breathing Apparatus van.
Investigations into the cause are underway.
