blackout in gordon

Hey anyone know anything about a blackout in gordon that started about 6:00pm and ended at about 7:20 i was home alone at the time playing xbox and pretty sure i was about to go the way of caroline byrne due to the blackout but after seeing the whole street was out i calmed down.

so do you know anything about it?

I think there was an electrical issue at a house on our street in Banks – we had the blackout at 6ish for an hour or so, then the power went out again at midnight. Police and Fire were there, and when I wandered down to see what was happening it looked like a huge box of firecrackers was going off at the base of a light pole. Not sure how long this went on for, but power was back when I woke up this morning, only to go out for about another 45 mins or so and then come back on.
