Any chance the owner could perhaps be drowned? :-\

Perhaps after they’ve solved that, they can find out who owns the boat which has been parked opposite Gold’s Gym Fyshwick for the past ten months. It has 4Sale written on it but no phone number or any other way to contact the owner to buy it. I’m getting sick of seeing it thru the window of the gym all the time.
