On the bright side I thought the Brumbies played better against Otago at Carisbrooke than I’ve ever seen them play. Also Taxi Veratau was fantastic.
If only Dirty George Smith had not lost his nerve with a desperate kick, fortune could still have favoured the Brumbies in the end. Even then it was a close thing.
