Canberra folk who Express Posted items to Queensland recently may have disappointed recipients still waiting at the other end.

Sunshine Coast Daily reports that the plane the crashed in the ocean off Sydney on Thursday and cost the pilot’s life was also carrying Express Post from Canberra and Sydney. Small cheese next to getting dead of course, but guess it pays to keep those little number stickers they give you when you send something off…

I think they prefer we use the term pubic savant.

Can you please spell Public Servant with capital letters, and replace uptight with worked up.

Thanks

Morgan, it was a joke so I didn’t really care about whether my currency was right or wrong. Canberra people have no sense of fun – what a bunch of serious, uptight public servants; HOW SAD!!!

I-filed, what on Earth are you talking about? I made NO connection to the pilot or the plane, I was having a joke about the mail you tosser. The fact that YOU have connected an octopus to God knows what, shows that it is YOU with the sick mind.

Next time you make pathetic connections like that, just make sure you have it right!

Fool.

I’m sure Canberrans reading Gungahlin Al’s post are thinking condolence for the pilot’s wife and three young children – CanberraResident, your octopus reference is pretty low.

Brazils currency is the Real, Peso is spanish ie. Mexico

If you did keep your little sticker thing, you’ll get a free Express Post satchel!

Hallelujah.

I sent a million pesos in cash to my great-great-nanna in Brazil, via Queensland. She called me today to tell me it never arrived. You see, I don’t trust the banks, so I thought I’d send it snail-mail given Oz Post has such a fantabulous record of never losing mail. Now it seems it might be lost in the Pacific Ocean … feeding some octopus. Oh well. Dems da breaks.

Forgive me, it’s late.
