Joy Burch has announced grants to help childcare providers meet the new standards coming into effect next year.

Interesting that only 25 centres have been given a grant – I know of at least one not-for-profit centre that was substantially upgraded last year in anticipation of the new standards, but I don’t see it on this list. I guess they should have hung on and waited for the government to come and bail them out.
