Actew’s industrious movie makers have given us 11 minutes of hard yakka at the Cotter Dam Expansion construction site as they clean up after the floods.
ACTEW’s Project Manager on the Enlarged Cotter Dam, Ray Hezkial, takes us on site for a detailed look at the cleanup underway following the flood of early March 2012. Ray’s uncomplicated narrative at the various locations make the most complex of engineering interesting and comprehensible to the lay person.

Very good. Well worth a look
That’s a great piece, really helps clueless types like me to understand how much work goes into a project of this scale. Ray is good talent and doesn’t just talk in a language for engineers. When next drought comes around the critics of this new dam might change their tune and be thankful there’s water coming out of the tap.
