Crime Scene in Downer

It does not seem right that the people who are best positioned to have children, being educated, financially / emotionally sound, etc are often the least well positioned to have children due to lack of time (too busy working and paying taxes for the rest of society) or stress of carrying high levels of responsibility in higher positions in society.

Yet we tax the ambitious and successful to fund the lifestyles of the less ambitious and morally unsound to breed like rabbits.

Idiocracy springs to mind time and time again.

According to the Riot Act, Downer is not exactly a nice place to be:

And the list sort of goes on. Desmosthenes, i have seen idiocracy and that is a good comment

doubt it – hopefully it is just another tax funded junkie doing their duty for the gene pool. Anyone seen ‘idiocracy’?
