I suspect my weekend will involve watching more movies, something i’m doing a bit of whilst laid up with bronchitis however for those in better shape, let us know what’s going on this long weekend in the comments

Phenomenon Gaming Convention
Phenomenon 2008 is a gaming convention held in Canberra at Daramalan College over the June 2008 long weekend.
Pheno provides role-playing, RPGA , Living Arcarnis and miniatures games as well as special events such as the Tryptich and banquet.

Carmina Burana is magnificent, but creeps me out.
The Arc Cinema at the National Film and Sound Archive in Acton is presenting the Canberra Premiere of the Grant Gee rock-doco ‘Joy Division’ on Saturday night at 7.30pm.
Tickets: $9.50 / $8 concession. Admission for ages 15 and over.
