The revamped and renewed mod/ pop Feldons are back in action after an extended break due to some selfish and uncaring band members buggered off overseas to find inspiration (and drink beer) in such faraway places such as London, Marrakech, Istanbul, Germany, Indonesia, and some other places.
Payday, Phoenix, beer, plenty of good, live original music until midnight. You know where you want to be.
Just in case there’s anyone left who can’t get enough of computer fairs, it seems we have two of them this Saturday… One at UC and one at Woden Basketball Stadium.

What’s in/on a King O’Malley’s beer paddle?
Apparently 5 different beers for $10 – no doubt the will be on the smallish side but still something a bit different.
They do the same thing at the Mean Fiddler in Rouse Hill – gives you a chance to try beers you may not normally drink.
Friday night from 8pm @ McGregor Hall:
Julia and the Deep Sea Sirens are holding a fundraiser gig to pay for their album, also playing are:
Drew Walky,
Voss,
Fire on the Hill.
They’re serving cupcakes too. $15 entry, or $12 if you’re unwaged/student, or $10 if you’re a Canberra Musician’s Club member.
Should be a good cosy night!
Tonight, Thursday, at the Phoenix 11.00- 12.00
