LeagueHQ is having a look at the young Raider Drury Low who has declined Ricky Stuart’s invitation to join the “Blues In Waiting Squad”.

Low is sticking to his dream of playing rugby league for New Zealand.

His big ambition for the year is to be a regular first grade selection for the Raiders.

Which is a nice problem to have for the green machine.

Yes, unfortunately for Drury our cup runneth over in terms of outside backs.

The squad Stuart picked was a mixture of first graders with potential to take the next step and the best Under 20s graduates.

Drury is a really talented player and shown great potential in the few games he played last season. I hope he gets more of a run in first grade. He will become a great player and the Raiders need to hang on to him…….
