YourTutor sounds like a pretty clever idea, helping students to connect with qualified tutors for one on one help.

A free online tutorial service,YourTutor, run by Libraries ACT has been used by 1,345 Canberra students in the 2012-2013 financial year so far. As mid-year exam time fast approaches, Libraries ACT encourages students to turn to their local library for help with studying.

“Libraries ACT provides students a multitude of resources to assist in their exam preparation. The free YourTutor service gives students in grades four to 12, at CIT and in their first year of university online access to qualified tutors from around Australia,” said Vanessa Little, Director of Libraries ACT.

“YourTutor is available between 4 pm and 8 pm on Monday to Friday during the school term.

The learning service, which is subscribed to by Libraries ACT, is designed to offer real-time help with maths, science, English, research and study skills.

“I encourage students preparing for exams in particular to seek advice on study skills, where they can learn useful tips on note taking, time management and revision techniques.

If this sounds like something useful to you, you should probably go to the website and check it out.
