The Chief Minister’s Export Awards have announced they’re running a workshop on fine tuning the applications:
The free two-hour event on Thursday 18 July (5.30-7.30pm) will give Canberra’s exporters a chance to learn from industry experts about how to make their application stand out from the crowd.
Exporters will be presented with a range of key facts on what makes a good and bad application, before being given the opportunity to receive help in writing their application from students from the ANU College of Business and Economics.
“Entering the Export Awards is an important way for businesses to gain recognition for their success in international markets”, Canberra Business Council CEO, Chris Faulks, said today. “Many businesses don’t realise they are actually eligible to enter the awards and others are unsure about what to include in their application form.
Even if you don’t have much interest in these awards getting an insight into what the other side of the fence looks for in these applications would be a valuable thing.
