Le Tres Bon in Bungendore would like to invite you to enjoy a wickedly scrumptious Christmas In July dinner to raise funds for horse rescue organisation Heavy Horse Heaven.
Here’s the menu:
Entree
- Amuse bouche – tarte flambee
Main
- Slow cooked duck confit, coalesced with a fragrant orange sauce. Served with potato pommes dauphines (gluten free option available on request) OR
- Home-made leek flan with salad
Dessert
- French – style Christmas pudding with brandy butter OR
- Pistachio Crème brulée
Come and enjoy some great food, listen to some live music and take part in some auctions on the night. All proceeds go to Heavy Horse Heaven.
