"Giving you free massage as promoting the business". Seems legit?

body massage note

Katietonia saw this ad at the Scullin shops and thought it was a little bit creepy.

But then she googled the number

“Belgal1” is certainly a keen self promoter.

As I posted on FB last night, run for the hills – this is shonky at best. As someone who is studying to become a qualfied, insured and legitimate massage therapist this ad goes against all the ethics and standards we are taught. A blind man (sic) could see where this is leading.

My partner said the same thing (he teaches massage therapists) and told me to post it. I actually assumed he would be looking for males only but searching his number made the ad all the more “rapey”.

Stuff like this pizzes one off when there is a strong, well educated industry building in Canberra and you have F-wits like this male ho advertising.

I think he will be getting a few prank calls 🙂

Yeah, but cream!? seriously?

Man cream?

Ho ho! Wonder if he’d still do the massage free if a 62 year old overweight (cuddly) “girl only” with wrinkles rocked up for a massage? (*laughing on the inside)

I can see this one succeeding where the free breast and womens prostate exams failed. Hope this time it works for you.

Yeah, but cream!? seriously?

I think a quick sting operation might be in order (or would this already be known as a ‘gigolo’ type operation and therefore not worth the effort?)

As an added bonus you get free exclamation marks thrown in.

So, has anyone sent a text, haha?

Run for the Hills!! When he says Clean, Drug Free, Disease Free.. what is he telling you?

It be interesting if he got sued for not furfilling the ad for being fussy with the sort of ladies that it attracts.

Yes, I saw in google results “for girls only”. Wonder if he’s finding it hard to get a job in Fyshwick?

As our old learned guru Scooby Doo would say: “Ruh-oh!”

I would run for the hills upon seeing the second result “Free Body Massage offer for short term- Only for girls”

and

“This is limited time offer. Please text me if you are interested(my mobile number is 0432074487) then I will give you some schedule for service. About me- I am 30 years old male. 5’9” tall Athletic figure”

I suspect he wouldn’t be the only one with his clothes off.
