Gas Power and Water behemoth ActewAGL are letting us know they’ve won a Roy Morgan Research award:
At an event in Melbourne this week, Roy Morgan Research Chief Executive Officer Michele Levine announced the results of customer satisfaction ratings, collected through its 2012 Consumer Single Source survey of over 50,000 Australians and its Business Single Source survey of 22,000 decision makers. ActewAGL Chief Executive Officer Michael Costello attended the event to receive awards for customer satisfaction for both electricity and gas.
Michele Levine explained that for a company to achieve these outstanding results it must, “Be the organisation in its category that achieved a number one ranking in customer satisfaction for the most months of the calendar year. This means demonstrating superior customer service on a consistent basis across the year – ActewAGL has shown this across both electricity and gas.”
