This just in from Elaine at The Green Shed:

The Green Sheds located at the Mitchell and Mugga Resource Management Centres are calling on Canberra-based charities and not-for-profit organisations to contact them to be placed on their fundraising list.

The last Wednesday of each month is charity day at the sheds – where 100% of the total sales goes towards the chosen charity until $10,000 is raised. It takes around 3 months to raise the $10k. We have nearly finished with our first lot of requests from 3 years ago – now it’s time for more.

The Green Shed has given away $10k to 18 charities over the past 3 1/2 years – some including Olivia Lambert Foundation; RMHC; Yellow Van; Marymead; Bosom Buddies ACT; Barnardos; PCYC; Karinya; Paperworks; Cerebral Palsy Alliance; Autism Aspergers ACT; Pegasus; Friends of Brain Injured Children, etc.

Send us an email: elainegreenshed@gmail
Who you are, what you do, how would you use the $10,000 – organisations will be chosen at the management’s discretion.
