ACT Policing has released a forensic facefit image of one of the alleged two offenders from a home invasion which occurred in Gungahlin on Sunday, February 6.

Around 9.50pm, a Gungahlin couple were confronted at their front door by two males carrying what appeared to be a firearm and a large knife. The males attempted to force there way into the house but were pushed out by the couple.

The weapons were not used on the victims during the incident; however the offender carrying the firearm struck the male victim with a single punch to the cheek.

ACT Policing is appealing for the public’s help in identifying one of the two men alleged to have carried out the offence.

The first offender (identified in the facefit) is described as having an Asiatic/Islander appearance, aged in his early 20s, approximately 174-178 cm (5’8” – 5’10”) tall, with a thin build and wearing a black hooded jumper (shown as grey in the facefit).

The second male offender was described as Caucasian, aged in his early 20s, approximately 180cm (5’11”) tall, with a thin build, short blond hair and was wearing a grey coloured jumper.

Anyone who may be able to assist police with the investigation are asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers website on www.act.crimestoppers.com.au

Or we could just not ban hoodies… So many people on RA make out that hoodies are somehow posessed and when you put one on you’ll instantly go out and commit crime.
Not only do they keep you warm, they’re also very comfortable.

Holy crap – there is a lot happening out North at the moment!!! This description is similar to that of a break-in near our place last month. Let’s hope they catch them really quick.

Anyone know what street or more specific area it was…..? Hmmm………………..?

Get a job you bums. We have to work our backsides off for the things we have, want and need. If you came to my place, I would of punched you in the cheek and bitch slapped your mate and that’s if you some how made it through my locked security door!

I’m more interested in how the couple beat down two armed attackers rather than the author’s grammar, TBH.
