Unfortunately it’s going to come back all scratched and ruined. Cars impounded aren’t left in the best surroundings thats for sure.
In my new employment in the colourful suburb of Wanniassa I see so many people speeding and swerving around that carpark and streets. One day I want to see one of those clever folks plow into a lightpost so I have to opportunity to offer them the assistance they deserve. Specifically, a callous laugh as I go about my business.

Obviously a license is only a suggestion to certain portions of the community.

It’s guys like that that end up killing their friends or wiping out some young family on their way home from the movies.
I hope (for his own sake) that he gets really screwed over and learns something from the experience.
