Thoroughbred Park has teamed up with 3seeds Chef Andrew Haskins to present a truffle lunch with a difference on Sunday 5 July. A four-course truffle inspired luncheon prepared by Andrew and the talented catering team at Thoroughbred Park showcasing local growers Black Truffles of Canberra as well as a race day will keep even the discerning diner entertained throughout the afternoon.

And if you have never tried truffle before, the very reasonable price of $120 per person including your beverages is included in the meal.

Oven roasted Portabello Mushroom with Truffle Butter & a Pillow of Puff

A Breast of Chicken filled with Truffle infused Brie, creamy Polenta & Green Beans

Grass fed Veal Fillet marinated in Truffle & Monte d’oro Olive Oil & served with a Cauliflower Pecorino puree, Sherry & Truffle Jus & fried Parsnip Chips

Chocolate Truffle Truffle, Gold Leaf and a shot of Spanish Sherry
