It’s like we’ve warped back in time to 2003!

The Canberra PC Gamers Forum is having a go at running a LAN party to bring down the latency of their gibbing and fragging.

It’s going to be $20 per head which, by ancient charter, includes pizza.

A LAN has a social aspect which the internet will never replace…
That said, these large style LAN are often missing that social aspect…

Quake Live is pretty popular nowadays, essentially it’s a free version of Quake 3 you can play online in your browser.

Hmm interesting, do people not play Quake 3 any more?
