The Insatiable Banalities Podcast Number 66 is now online.

Insatiable Banalities is back, this time with the semi-legendary journeywoman of Australian music, Juliet Ward. Her career has spanned from the pub music heyday of the 80s in the Lighthouse Keepers to the 90s with The Widdershins and in the naughties she’s belting out numbers in the pod. Juliet also talks at some length about her brother, the much lamented Baterz of The Bedridden.

Track list:

Gargoyle (Lighthouse Keepers). 10:06
Morning After (Baterz). 19:57
Changeling (Widdershins). 40:07
Killing Time (Widdershins). 45:59

The feed, for podcatching software, is here. iTunes users can just search the iTunes Music Store for “canberra” (and look through the sparse pickings for “Insatiable Banalities”), or, if the mood takes you “insatiable”.
