Chief Minister Gallagher has alerted the media to her meeting this morning with the “ACT Federal representatives”:

ACT Chief Minister Katy Gallagher MLA, will tomorrow (MONDAY) meet with Deputy Chief Minister Andrew Barr, and ACT Federal representatives, Senator Kate Lundy, Member for Fraser Dr Andrew Leigh and Member for Canberra Gai Brodtmann for the first time since becoming Chief Minister.

They seem to have missed one out of four…

I asked the Chief Minister’s office if Senator Humphries had been invited but to date have had no reply.

UPDATE: Senator Lundy has tweeted this picture of the happy family.

I’m guessing gary wasn’t happy about the majura announcement. Zed also seemed to complain about it. I’m not sure why. One would assume that $144 million of federal money for better roads in Canberra (as reported by the RiotAct at http://the-riotact.com/federales-stump-up-144-million-for-the-majura-parkway/49684) would be welcomed by all Canberrans.

Reminds me of the Majura Park announcement where i think everyone in the room had an ALP membership card.

Gary’s in the States at the moment, I think. Would not be much point inviting him.

Gary Humphries is (according to his FB feed) currently touring around the US, with part of his travels including checking out military aircraft in Seattle. He is apparently the Shadow Parliamentary Secretary for Defence Materiel.

I bet Gary was devastated. Not.

However as he is an elected Senator for the ACT he should have been invited.
