ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to two fires in Holt overnight.
Around 2.15am today (Sunday, October 28), police attended the Kippax Fair Shopping Centre, where ACT Fire and Rescue had extinguished a small fire outside the Kippax Health Centre. The fire caused minor damage to a door at the Health Centre, and appears to have been deliberately lit.
Around 3.15am, police attended the front car park of the Kippax Fair Shopping Centre, where a silver Hyundai Excel was on fire. ACT Fire and Rescue extinguished the vehicle fire, and the cause of the fire is being investigated.
Anyone who witnessed either of the two fires or any suspicious activity at Kippax Fair Shopping Centre early this morning is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the website www.act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
