Territory and Municipal Services are apologising for losing Kingston Library:

Kingston Library is unable to open at the moment due to a power failure in the area.

Libraries ACT apologises for any inconvenience.

Kingston Library will re-open as soon as power is restored to the area

UPDATE 03/02/12 13:16: And they’re back open.
