The Australian National Centre for Latin American Studies and the
Embassy of the Argentine Republic presents the second film of the Argentine Film Festival:

“Luna de Avellaneda” (Moon of Avellaneda”

“Moon of Avellaneda” is a suburban social and sporting club that is at risk of being turned into a Casino. But some of its members will try to defend their beloved club, so full of memories, and stop it from being closed down.

The showing of the film (140 mins) will be followed by light food and beverages through the kind support of the Embassy of the Argentine Republic.

The film is in Spanish with English subtitles. Admission is free. No RSVP required.
