Man bitten during Dickson assault

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an assault in Dickson on Friday 12 December.

At around 11:30pm, three males walked through the laneway leading from Trinity Bar towards Woolley Street in Dickson. At the end of the laneway an intoxicated man approached them and a fight ensued.

The fight resulted in one man attending The Canberra Hospital for treatment of a serious bite to his ear.

The man who approached the group was described as being of Caucasian appearance, average height and build with brown hair. He was wearing jeans and a white t-shirt at the time of the incident.

Police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or have any information that could assist police to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.

There’s a high probability Luis Suárez is the culprit here.

Perhaps the man who caused the ‘serious bite to the ear’ is the same man who caused a serious bite to a females face last year? Surely there isn’t too many men in Canberra fitting that description going around biting people… I’d hope not anyway….
