Yesterday I headed on over to Old Parliament House for the annual Motorcycle Riders Association ACT Toy Run along with about a 1,000 other riders.
What an incredible day.
There are going to be some really happy kids these holidays thanks to the generosity of riders throughout the ACT.
From what I hear there was also a donation of around $6,000 made to local charities made up mostly from three rider groups including over $1,000 from CanberraRiders.
Here’s a time lapse video of riders meeting up at Old Parliament House.
It seemed to me that it was an exceptionally well-attended run this year. The figures are always a bit rubbery, but does anyone know what the official count was? It was a perfect day for a ride.
Nice work dazzab, CR does it again! Woot!
A few people flipping you the bird Dazza. They must know you
Are you in favour of Light Rail for Canberra?
