Wow, how embarrasing…. that’s me.

It had fallen on our front lawn, I had the next door neighbor and his son help me lift it onto the back of the Triton and we took to to Corkhill Bros.

It made it.

if your bring your own tree, it saves you having to find a shady spot to park your car!

Surely the thought went through your head that perhaps transporting it like that wasn’t the most brilliant idea. I mean, clearly you can type and work the interwebs.

LOL – at least you are brave enough to own up to it! Just confirms Canberra is a small place and you can’t do anything naughty cause someone will catch you out!

…oh well. That’s the important thing. No need to worry about pesky things like, say, laws and other road users ;)

Dude! Where’s your car?

Dude! Where’s the chainsaw to get through the tree that fell on your car?

10/10 for owning up on RA. FYI, as someone who has lived on a main road on the way to the tip, you would be surprised how much little bits of each load accumulate in the front gardens and on the road that have to be picked up by others. I know you are not alone but if people cover their load with a tarp there is a lot less risk of bits falling off.

Er – sorry – I didn’t realise that the photo had changed until after I posted. You might need to do a bit more than put a tarp on er but bloody funny.

I think you’re looking for the other story with the same title (or very similar).
