In line with their goal of innovative thinking regarding healthy cooking and good food, The Good Guys Fyshwick has also launched a new range of stylish state-of-the-art kitchens.

Manufactured in Australia, The Good Guys Kitchens have given local families a new choice in kitchens that offer customised and innovative design as well as functional spaces at affordable prices.

WHAT: THE GOOD GUYS FYSHWICK NEW LOCATION OPENING –
WHEN: WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2013
WHERE: 1 BARRIER STREET, FYSHWICK
INCLUDING NEW THE GOOD GUYS KITCHENS

The store’s Joint-Venture Partner (JVP) Kevin Phelan is excited about being able to offer both his existing and new customers a brand new store in south Canberra.

“I’m really thrilled about opening in this terrific new location, right in the heart of Fyshwick. We have had some wonderful years at the old store, but opening this new location is a great chance to offer our customers all of our fantastic products in a brand new environment,” said Kevin.

Kevin also understands the key role that the home kitchen plays in being a central hub for the family, as well as teaching people the important life skill of cooking.

“Home really is the starting point for good food, healthy habits and positive family interaction. Building upon our quality appliance range and association with Jamie Oliver’s Ministry of Food, it makes sense that we are now stepping into providing one-stop solutions for home kitchens.

“The Good Guys Kitchens employs a team of professional kitchen designers and we offer every customer a design consultation in the comfort of their own home, where we discuss and design their perfect kitchen. At the end of the appointment, you’ll have a sense of cost, time frame and how The Good Guys Kitchens will make it easy for you to prepare healthy and nutritious meals at home,” Kevin continued.

I don’t mind them, except when they refuse to change products that clearly don’t work, until threatened with fair trading that is. And that was the store manager

I like the Good Guys – they always seem more willing to negotiate price than the others.

It’s to do with positioning. Being placed between Domayne, Bing Lee & Harvey Norman along Barrier Street.
