parking effort

Paul has sent in the above sterling effort with this note:

The guys from AAA Absolute Marble & Granite did themselves very proud today at the Maccas in Majura:

Not only did they take up two parking spaces, but also managed to block the pedestrian crossing too!

bit late to the party but is it that big a deal? Looks like he tried to park within a minimum interference to others not with a FU attitude.

That’s not a pedestrian crossing.

It might be a diagonal one, sized down to fit into smaller spaces.

Its a pathway for people to walk through to get to the otherside of the carpark and marked for cars to not park there.

True the truck is long but they could have parked next door at the petrolstation where there is adequate space or even parked in front of trade secret in the carpark that is basically empty for a 2 minute walk. Alas its just easier to do a “flap you all” park.

So you would rather they have the arse end of the truck hanging out of a single park then?

In their defence, perhaps parking at an angle like that was the only way to ensure the truck’s arse wasn’t making a nuisance of itself.

+1 though I’m sure he would have been equally criticised if he parked with his arse sticking out

OMG it’s not a pedestrian crossing and look at the length of the truck parking Nazi

It just doesn’t get anymore stereotypical. Tradies.

Probably could have parked a bit further away and walked. Novel concept, hey!

That’s not a pedestrian crossing.

Yeah, cheats

Love the original “hurrr, we’ll be first in the yellow pages” business name.
