The Brumbies have provided an update on Brumbies star recruit David Pocock’s knee:
University of Canberra Brumbies flanker David Pocock last night underwent a two-hour procedure to repair the anterior cruciate ligament of his left knee in Brisbane.
The reconstruction was overseen by the noted surgeon Peter Myers, who is well known to the rugby community having previously attended to the repair of a number of high profile players.
The surgery was completed around 10pm.
After the surgery in Brisbane he’s coming back to Canberra for his rehabilitation.
