Police credit community for arrests

Police have credited community-minded people with the arrests of two juveniles for numerous vehicle thefts, arson offences and petrol station “drives-off” (I presume this is not paying for petrol).

The 15- and 16-years-old males have allegedly been involved in a spate of automobile-related crimes in the past week.

They were arrested after two members of the community phoned police to report suspicious behaviour.
