The ACT Government’s Measuring Our Progress site has spat at some new data. So here we go:
- — Offences against the person/property shows a gloomy red down arrow with the news: The number of property offences has increased slightly over the reporting period.
— Participation in sports/physical recreation: gets a blue both ways arrow but has this to say: the proportion of ACT adults participating in sports and physical recreation was slightly above the average participation level of the last nine years.
— People who feel safe at home: also gets the blue double arrow and this cheery note: There is a very high proportion of persons indicating they feel safe at home in the ACT – this has remained consistently high over the entire reporting period.
