Hello everybody! My webcomic was referenced here in December last year and it was so well received by my local Canberrans that I thought I’d work on a series that would reach the Canberran psyche, so I’ve based it on my life…within the public service.

It’s called Man of the Year and I’ll be posting daily comics for the next year – which means that there are already thirty five in the series and a lot more to come. So have a look, I’m sure you’ll find something uncannily familiar.

identity-crisis

Canberra may be relatively small compared to ‘actual’ capital cities, but I’ve done the maths and there is just no way that all the young males here are going to the same one shop for their pastel polo shirt requirements.

Is there a bulk vendor specialising only in one colour and style that I don’t know about? Presumably next to that place they all get bits of their hair cut. Way to express yourselves guys! Back for more tomorrow.

So very true Dave

“I’m sure you’ll find something uncannily familiar.” …definitely.

I used to work in IT doing tech support – a lifetime ago. So this one is gold…
