The ABC brings word that Magistrate Beth Campbell has seen fit to label Rivett’s Robert Walter Wyatt as having the worst driving record she’s ever seen on his eighteenth charge:
The ACT magistrates court heard he has suspended sentences for driving offences in New South Wales and the ACT, one of which was imposed in June last year.
Magistrate Beth Campbell said his traffic record was the worst she has seen.
In sentencing him to 12 months in jail, she told the court he had shown total disregard for his previous disqualifications and was in the worst category of disqualified driving offenders.
She said the community needed to be protected.
Prison time for traffic offences. Seriously, how dumb do you have to be?
