At 10.40pm on Friday March 17th, a number of people entered a residence in Molesworth Street in Watson and threatened the two occupants. Both residents were assaulted, and in the course of the incident, a firearm was discharged. No one was seriously injured.
The male offenders then left the scene.
Police attended the scene and are now calling for witnesses. Police are urging anyone who witnessed suspicious persons or vehicles in the Watson area to come forward.
