The ACT Government wishes to advise residents and visitors that the gate entrance off London Bridge Road at the southern entrance of Googong has been closed today, Monday 9 May 2016, meaning there is no vehicle access to the southern end of the Googong Foreshores.
The closure is the result of wet weather in the area leading to unsafe road conditions.
