The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a Severe Weather Warning for the ACT for heavy rain with thunderstorms which may lead to flash flooding during the early hours of tomorrow, Thursday 28 February, 2013.

The ACT State Emergency Service (ACTSES) has Units on a higher level of readiness. Residents who require emergency storm or flood assistance can call the ACTSES on 132-500.

Looking at the weather radar ^[1] it seems we’ve got the same sort of pattern that caused last year’s flooding.
