Andrew Barr has posted online a lengthy speech to the Assembly on where the Master Plan process is up to.
Of particular interest is that in 2011-12 the priority list is:
– Oaks Estate, which is already committed and some work is being undertaken in the preparation of the master plan
– Weston – Cooleman Court group centre
