The topic of illicit drugs in Australia is a topic that attracts continued controversy. Some argue that drug policy should continue to remain based on the principle of prohibition while others argue that such prohibition should be repealed.

Around 6.45pm police executed a search warrant on a house in Theodore. During the search police seized 8 grams of white powder suspected to be cocaine and around 100 tablets suspected of being MDMA and three vials of steroids.
