ACT Fire & Rescue responded to the Quality Inn just after 6 o’clock with multiple units.
Firefighters have searched the building and have found no signs of fire or smoke so far.

A 25mm gas line has been ruptured by workman and ACT Fire Brigade are currently isolating the leak.
Contractors will soon be on site to repair the leak.
