ACT Policing’s Criminal Investigations Team executed a search warrant on a house in Curtin today, Sunday 6 May.
This relates to an incident which occurred about 11.15 pm on Saturday 5 May, where a Domino’s delivery driver was threatened with what appeared to be a handgun.
The driver was not robbed or harmed in the incident.
The courts every now and then throw up a gem. This judgment R v ANDRE MAURICE GOBIN is such a one.
