Every new building has some teething troubles. At the Arboretum, it seems water is a problem. Also saw gutters and downpipes leaking and eroding the earthworks. It’s a magnificent building and I’m sure they’ll sort it out.

There hasn’t been much chat about leaky roofs on RA for about a year and I was wondering if anyone has had recent positive experience with a repairer. We have had a persistant leak now for about 20 years that only happens during heavy rain.
